We'll have introductions for the first 10 minutes or so followed by two "rotating" breakout rooms of 35 minutes and end with a group sharing of highlights of event, job announcements, and last minutes goodbyes. Breakout Session one will involve two administrators discussing what administrators are looking for in post pandemic ESL teachers as well as the current state of the ESL profession. The other breakout session will involve a facilitator leading teachers in a search for useful Online Educational Resources (OER) for the ESL field which meet class assignment, homework and SLO needs. Breakouts will be led by Michelle Buell and Hugh Kingston.
