This interactive workshop will start with Marsha’s Pronunciation Workout, a physical routine that relaxes and centers one’s attention, and then warms up the articulators. Following this, participants will engage in several comedic and dramatic exercises to energize students, lower the affective filter, and prepare them for more formal pronunciation and speaking activities. Participants should be able to sit, stand, and move with approximately two feet of space around themselves in all directions, join the meeting with cameras on, and be willing to loosen up and act a bit silly.
