We appreciate your interest in being part of the CATESOL 2026 State Conference to be held at Santiago Canyon College on November 5 - 7, 2026 in Orange, California. The conference will be fully in-person with sessions and workshops from 9 am to 5 pm on both Friday and Saturday.
This submission form is for non-adjudicated sessions for educational levels, interest groups, chapters, exhibitors, board-sponsored sessions, and keynote/plenary speakers. Use this form if you are submitting your abstract for any of the following types of sessions:
CATESOL leadership proposals are due Friday, July 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. Exhibitor proposals are due Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:59 Pacific Time.
Please note that CATESOL is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization. All presenters and exhibitors are responsible for their own transportation, hotel, and conference fees. Presenters are eligible for a discounted conference rate. Many schools and organizations have funding available for professional development. Please also see the CATESOL Educational Foundation for award and grant opportunities.

If you are proposing a commercial/publisher session, Interest-Group or Level session, or CATESOL Board session, please submit your proposal to the Non-adjudicated Proposals Form.
