This session is a continuation of the Lego Serious Play (LSP) workshop I did last year. If you missed the workshop last year, don’t miss this one. LSP has been shown to enhance collaboration among groups and allows students who are typically shy to open up and participate. LSP has also shown how tactile learning can enhance retention of memory. Participants, in the process, “build with their hands” and share in a community setting what they constructed. At the end, barriers to learning fall and collaboration grows. Join this session to learn how to utilize Legos in the learning process, and leave with activities that are effective in grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening that you could use in your own classroom.
